Complete control over your personal data, cloud account records, and local application cache.

⚠️ Irreversible Deletion Notice

Deleting your VibeCraft account will permanently erase your user profile, saved settings, favorites, and cloud authentication records. Once deleted, this action cannot be undone.

🗑️ Permanently Deleted Data

Firebase Auth Profile: Your unique User ID (UID), registered email address, and authentication credentials.
Cloud Firestore Records: Your display name, cloud profile photo URL, auth provider details, and timestamps.
Private Local Files: All downloaded wallpapers, custom avatars, and cached image files on your phone.
App Preferences: Favorites list, theme configurations, and search histories.

🛡️ Data Retention & Policy

Zero PII Retained: No personal identifiable information is kept on our servers after account deletion.
Security & Anti-Abuse: Standard encrypted server network logs (IP/timestamp) are automatically purged within 30 to 90 days in accordance with cybersecurity regulations.
Immediate Execution: In-app deletion executes instantaneously across Firebase Auth and Firestore.

Method 1: Instant In-App Deletion Fastest & Recommended

You can instantly delete your account and wipe all device caches directly from within the VibeCraft mobile app:

Open VibeCraft

Launch the VibeCraft app on your Android device.

Navigate to Profile

Tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar.

Select "Delete Account"

Scroll to the bottom of the profile settings and tap the red Delete Account option.

Confirm & Re-Authenticate

Choose your authentication method (Continue with Google or Use Password) for security verification, then confirm the prompt. Your data will be wiped immediately.

Method 2: Web & Email Deletion Request For Uninstalled Apps

If you have uninstalled VibeCraft, lost access to your device, or cannot log in, you can submit a manual account deletion request to our support team.

Please send an email to abdulrehman78ali@gmail.com from your registered email address using the template below:

Subject: VibeCraft Account Deletion Request Hello VibeCraft Support Team, Please permanently delete my VibeCraft account and all associated cloud and personal data. Registered Email Address: [Insert your account email here] Associated Display Name: [Insert your name or handle if known] I understand that this action is permanent and irreversible.

⏱️ Processing Timeframe: Email deletion requests are processed manually within 24 to 48 hours. You will receive a confirmation email once your account records have been permanently expunged.

Need to free storage without losing your account?

If your goal is simply to free up phone storage without deleting your VibeCraft account or saved profile, you can use the "Clear Cache" button located inside the in-app Profile screen. This safely removes cached wallpapers and temporary image assets while keeping your account active.
